An incident reporting system in the Manchester area, Yorkshire and Cheshire

This part of the project involved creating input forms for creating new incidents, divided into the following categories:

Third parties affected
Fluid leakage
Details of any robbery
Follow-up details

The main menu also includes a facility for creating incident reports. The system was released in English, French and Spanish. This was part of the incident reporting system built by Wise Owl for a retail organisation.
