System for sending quotations and order conversion in Manchester, Sheffield, Leeds and Liverpool

Creating a quotation is just as important for a manufacturing or production company as creating an order - you are committing the company to delivering a fixed set of goods for a fixed price. The PHOCUS quotations system allows staff to:

• create and send out quotations
• attach review dates to quotations
• convert quotations to orders, with amendments
The system also creates quotations in Word format automatically, eliminating the wasted time and scope for errors involved in double-typing. This was part of the integrated system managing customers, products, orders and invoicing built by Wise Owl for Park House Healthcare, a manufacturer of pressure-relieving equipment.
