Evaluations system for FSRs and orders on approval in the Manchester area, Yorkshire and Cheshire

An important part of the client's business is that they can send out beds, mattresses and other equipment on approval (called an FSR - For Sale or Return).

FSRs are created just like orders, but no invoice is raised until the items are accepted by the customer. If the FSR is rejected, the goods must be returned to stock. This was part of the integrated system managing customers, products, orders and invoicing built by Wise Owl for Park House Healthcare, a manufacturer of pressure-relieving equipment.
