System logging all possible events for any given contact in Manchester, Sheffield, Leeds and Liverpool

The basis of any CRM is that you should be able to look at any customer and see all of the emails, faxes, letters, calls, meetings and notes attached to them. The client can use their CRM system to capture the following events for any contact (only a small subset of the full list is shown here):
- sending or receiving an email
- sending a letter (the letter is generated automatically)
- logging a phone call
- creating an appointment
- sending an invoice
- raising a delivery note
- creating a sales report
- taking an order
Almost anything which happens in this CRM system generates an event, and all such events are captured and can be accessed. This was part of the integrated system managing customers, products, orders and invoicing built by Wise Owl for Park House Healthcare, a manufacturer of pressure-relieving equipment.
