Outlook and web system for logging emails in Manchester, Derbyshire, Cheshire and the North of England

One of the biggest headaches of any CRM (customer relationship management) system is how to cope with incoming and outgoing emails. Should users of the CRM system type notes in manually into the sales system? Should all emails be logged in? Read how this Wise Owl CRM system combined the best of both worlds, using Outlook macros and some simple web pages. This was part of the intranet contact management and enquiries system built by Wise Owl for a technology company.
