Module ensuring correct access to system and tracking user changes in the Manchester area, Yorkshire and Cheshire

The PHOCUS system encompasses contact management, CRM, order processing, invoicing, quotations, hires, evaluations (for sale or returns), deliveries and more. Crucial to the success of the system is that each person can only do what their departmental roles allows. For example, someone in Sales can enter an order, but they can not authorise it.
Each person in PHOCUS can have only one role, but certain people can switch roles at any time. By and large these people are the PHOCUS system administrators. This was part of the integrated system managing customers, products, orders and invoicing built by Wise Owl for Park House Healthcare, a manufacturer of pressure-relieving equipment.
