An enquiry system, including contact management in Manchester and the North-West

In any CRM or contact management system, it is important to be able to find the organisation or person you are looking for! The PHOCUS contacts module makes this as easy and flexible as possible, by providing a filtering facility letting client staff search by any entered field.
In addition, the PHOCUS contact management module includes:

Breadcrumbs, whereby you can always see not only which contact you are working with at the top of the screen, but also the chain of organisations to which this contact belongs. So for example if you are working with a particular hospital, you could see that this was part of a given health authority, itself part of the NHS.
- An email logging facility
This was part of the integrated system managing customers, products, orders and invoicing built by Wise Owl for Park House Healthcare, a manufacturer of pressure-relieving equipment.
